Scott D. Allen is the founder of The Allen Firm. He is the Senior Attorney and a member of the Business Legal Group. Scott has a passion for guiding people through the challenges of their legal situations and helping people come to a good resolution. He enjoys watching the change in a client who was previously struggling with a decision being able to confidently make a wise and well-informed decision.

Scott graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in 1966. He earned his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 1970.

Prior to founding The Allen Firm in 1972, he practiced law in McKinney a few years until he returned to Stephenville to be help his family after the loss of his father. He opened Scott D. Allen, PC (now known as The Allen Firm, PC) shortly after his return to Stephenville.

Jeremy is serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Firm and is an Attorney in the Business Legal Group. Jeremy joined the Firm in 2009 and has a passion to ensure people fully understand their legal situation and make great decisions. He enjoys watching the change in a client who was previously struggling with a decision being able to confidently make a great and well-informed decision.

Jeremy graduated from Texas Tech University with an Agricultural Communication degree in 2001. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2005, cum laude.

Sierra is an Of Counsel attorney serving the Business Legal Group. Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, she worked as a litigator and prosecutor in Montana. she now specializes in real estate and business law and has a passion for guiding clients to legal peace of mind.

Sierra graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Agriculture Relations in 2012. She earned her law degree from the University of Montana in 2016.

Kyle is an “Of Counsel” attorney for the Firm and serves in the Business Legal Group. He is an Associate Professor at Tarleton State University. Kyle enjoys protecting a persons’ hard-earned wealth and assets. He has a passion for guiding people to make great decisions in situations involving federal income tax planning, estate planning and trusts; probate and trust administration; wealth and asset preservation; and nonprofit tax-exempt qualification and maintenance.

Kyle graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. He earned his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 2007 and received his Master’s of Law (LL.M) in Tax from New York University School of Law in 2008.

In addition to walking people through intense legal situations, Casey has a passion for helping clients form new companies; working with contracts of all types; and being involved in sales and purchases of businesses.

Casey graduated from Texas Tech University with a Business Management degree; from American Public University with a Masters in Political Science with Honor; and earned his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University (now, Texas A&M) School of Law in 2000. He is also an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at Tarleton State University.

Vincent attended the University of Texas and earned a degree in political science in 2000. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from New York Law School.

Vincent is on the Board of Directors at Stephenville Christian School and is very active in the Christian community. He believes that his education, experience and strong conservative, Christian values can be very beneficial in his service to his clients.

Cassie graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. She earned her law degree from the University of Montana in 2016.

Cassie has a wide breadth of experience in Personal Injury Law, including general negligence, car crashes, wrongful death, slip and falls, and all other novel situations that can arise with these claims. April Robinson graduated from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and Services with a concentration in Paralegal in 2019, magna cum laude, and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies in 2021.
