Josh C. Allen is the Chief Executive Officer of the Firm and is an attorney for the Business Team. Josh focuses on real estate matters, business and agricultural matters, banking and finance transactions, complex contracts, creditor bankruptcy, foreclosures, general corporate matters, issues involving oil and gas interests and related real property matters, probate and administration, estate planning and trusts. He is a native of Stephenville, Texas, and, after law school, Josh and his family returned to his hometown where he joined his father, Scott D. Allen, to form The Allen Firm, PC.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University, magna cum laude. He continued his studies at Texas Tech University and attended the School of Law where he earned his doctorate of jurisprudence, cum laude.
