Jeremy M. Derington is an attorney and member of the Business Team with The Allen Firm. Jeremy focuses on real estate matters, business and agricultural matters, banking and finance transactions, complex contracts, general corporate matters, issues involving oil and gas interests and related real property matters, probate and administration, estate planning and trusts, employment law and administrative law matters. He is a native Texan and previously worked both as an educator and in the oil and gas industry representing the interests of both corporations and landowners.
Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University. After teaching high school for brief time, he returned to Lubbock to attend the Texas Tech School of Law where he earned his doctorate of jurisprudence, cum laude.
