The You Initiative is a phrase used at our Firm often. The phrase stands for the understanding that all of our team members’ actions need to be focused on our clients and people with which we come in contact. The phrase is the belief that our Firm is here to improve the lives of people and that our main focus will be on people, or “You”. It is a constant reminder to focus our actions on “You” and make your life better. In order to improve life for our clients and people and “focus on You”, our Firm took several initial actions. These actions are our way of focusing our efforts and actions on “You”:

– Launching a new, user-helpful, and easy-to-use website;

– Writing and distribution of practical and helpful blog articles; the topics of which are the most frequently asked questions asked by clients and potential clients;

– Creation and circulation of an electronic newsletter to improve communication and the transfer of information between our Firm and our clients;

– Making available online informational gathering forms;

– Online credit card payment availability;

– Online appointment scheduling;

-The addition of flat-rate fee pricing for various legal matters;

– Launching of new website for our Lender and Title Company clients for real estate matters;

– The assembly of a vast number of quick links to internet sources applicable to clients’ personal and business needs

– The addition of four Spanish-speaking team members to our Firm; and

– The translation of numerous legal documents to Spanish to assist our community of Hispanic clients

As noted from the above, we have listened to what our clients want and need and have implemented these strategies in order to better serve YOU.
