Here are a few of the biggie areas to know for successful projects:

  1. Types of zoning classifications (residential, commercial, industrial, etc).
  2. Permitted uses within each classification.
  3. Process to change zoning or variances.
  4. Building restrictions (height, setback, parking requirements, and on, on)
