At a very minimum, please get these things in writing:
- What property are you doing work on?
- What work will you be doing (be specific… very specific).
- What happens if there are changes to the work? Describe the process of what you will be doing now and who exactly pays for what.
- Describe exactly how much you will be paid and when.
