Micah Petrea is serving as the Chief Growth Officer for The Allen Firm and has a passion for people. Micah started working for the firm in 2012 as a contract hire and moving to staff in 2014. Micah enjoys figuring out ways to let people know that they have a partner to guide them when The Unknown’s show up.

Micah graduated from Full Sail in Orlando, Florida where he earned an associate’s degree in Sound Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business. He is a Worship Pastor in the Austin area and devotes time to work with nonprofits that help raise money for education.
