Kyle is an “Of Counsel” attorney for the Firm and serves in the Business Legal Group. He is an Associate Professor at Tarleton State University. Kyle enjoys protecting a persons’ hard-earned wealth and assets. He has a passion for guiding people to make great decisions in situations involving federal income tax planning, estate planning and trusts; probate and trust administration; wealth and asset preservation; and nonprofit tax-exempt qualification and maintenance.

Kyle graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. He earned his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 2007 and received his Master’s of Law (LL.M) in Tax from New York University School of Law in 2008.
