Casey is an “Of Counsel” attorney for the Firm and serves in the Business Legal Group. Casey has a passion for guiding people through complicated and stressful situations – like being involved in a dispute or lawsuit. In addition to walking people through intense legal situations, Casey has a passion for helping clients form new companies; working with contracts of all types; and being involved in sales and purchases of businesses.

Casey graduated from Texas Tech University with a Business Management degree; from American Public University with a Masters in Political Science with Honor; and earned his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University (now, Texas A&M) School of Law in 2000. He is also an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at Tarleton State University.
